Entrance Qualification for Central Bank Management Trainee
A Special Degree in any of the following subjects/disciplines OR a General Degree including one of the following subjects, with a minimum of a 2nd Class (Upper Division) or a minimum average of 3.5 Grade Points (GPA) out of maximum of 4.0 Grade Points obtained from a local or foreign university, recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.

− Commerce/Management
− Public/Business Administration
− Statistics/Mathematics
− Engineering
− Computer Science/Information Technology
− Law (with Attorney-at-Law and authority to function as a Notary)
or
A Post Graduate Degree at Master’s or higher level obtained from a local or foreign university, recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka
Age Limit: Below 30 years
