Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) is one of the major government higher education institute which offer Higher National diploma programs. There are Advanced technological institute operated under Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) island wide and mainly HND programs target for those who passed G.C.E Advanced Level and unable to get in to State universities.
