TOEFEL and SAT International English Exams

Sometimes most of  overseas universities expect some language proficiency of the students. IELTS, TOEFEL, SAT and GRE are some of the international english exams which highly recognized in all over the world. Today we are going to discuss TOEFEL and SAT  proficiency exam for students who are expected to study overseas.

TOEFEL International English Exams

Test of English as a Foreign Language’ is generally known as TOEFEL and the main purpose of this International English Exams is to check the potential of individual ability to understand English for academic purposes. IF you have the intention to do your higher studies at United States of America or Canada you may definitely follow the TOFEL exam and need to get pass before apply for academic programs? Normally in USA and Canada its pas TOFEL exam is admission requirement for non native English speakers. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) is mainly dividing in to Internet-based test and Paper based test.

TOEFEL Internet Base test was introduced on the year of 2005 by replaced of computer and paper base tests. Applicant needs to get booked for exam and after one to four weeks applicant can sit for the exam. Normally TOEFEL exam divide in to four major sections such as Reading, Writing, Listening and speaking. candidate can take this proficiency test within one of four weeks after bookings.  The total score for IELTS is 120 points and each section got 30 points. Paper based TOEFEL exams conduct where the Internet base exams cannot do. Normally TOEFEL exams conduct 6 times per year and duration for the entire exam is three hours.

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) International English Exams

Scholastic Aptitude Test is known as SAT and this is the most famous s exam in United States for College and University admission. Scholastic Aptitude Test is also well-known as the world’s oldest aptitude test. The Duration for SAT exam is three hours and forty-five minutes. SAT exams include three major sections such as Critical Reading, Mathematics and Writing. The score for this Scholastic Aptitude Test is range between 600 to 2400, combining test results from three 800 point sections . The Sat Exams conduct seven times year in United States and other countries.
