Minimum Entry Requirements
For those who wishing to enter in to Diploma in Industrial Relation and Industrial Law course must fullfil one of following minimum entry requirments.
Applicant need to get pass G.C.E Advanced Level examination plus 5 years of executive level experience.
OR
Obtain certificate course in Human Resource Management which conducted under IPM with three years of executive level experience.
Or
Obtain National Diploma in Human Resource Management or National Diploma in Training and Development with two years of executive level experience .
Or
Obtain professional qualification in Human Resource Management which conducted at IPM plus one year experience.
OR
Obtain any degree from a recognized university with one year experience.
OR
Any other professional qualification which accepted by Institute of Public Management.
Duration of the Programme : One Year
Medium of Study: English Language
