- Obtain Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university plus 3 years of executive level experience.
- Obtain professional qualification on Human Resource Management (PQHRM)
- Complete National Diploma in Human Resource Management of the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka (IPM) with 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management Field.
- Being Chief Executive Officer for five years with proven track record in Management
- Any other professional qualifications accepted by the senate of Open University of Sri Lanka.
