Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT Sri Lanka) was established in the year 1987 under the Companies Act, and AAT got 25 years of strong history. Accounting Technicians are middle-level support accounting profession and the main purpose of this course to gain good knowledge for those trying to become accounting technician and background study for those trying to get enhance their career in Accounting field.

Entry Requirements for AAT :

The student should need to obtain 6 Passes G.C.E Ordinary Level Local Syllabus.

or

The student should need to obtain 6 Passes G.C.E Ordinary Level UK Syllabus.

or

Student Should obtain two passes at G.C.E Advanced Level, either Local or Uk Syllabus.

or

5 years of working experience as an accounts clerk, Audit Clerk, bookkeeper, or accounts trainee under-recognized company.

or

any other equivalent qualifications accepted by the governing body of AAT.

AAT Exemptions

AAT Sri Lanka Examinations and Levels

association of accounting technicians (aat) is mainly divided into three major levels such as Accounting Assistant (AA1), Accounting Analyst (AA2), and Associate Accountant (AA3). Duration for each level is 6 months so that you can complete the entire course within 1 1/2 years.
